Terms of Service

These terms apply to all agreements between BitBooking.nl and the User.

By registering on the Platform, the User accepts these terms.

BitBooking.nl provides an online platform for making and managing appointments.

BitBooking.nl strives for optimal availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

BitBooking.nl has the right to modify or improve the Service.

The User is responsible for keeping login credentials confidential.

The User guarantees that provided information is accurate and complete.

BitBooking.nl can block accounts in case of misuse or violation of terms.

Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

BitBooking.nl can change prices with 30 days notice.

Payments are invoiced in advance per chosen period.

Access may be suspended for late payment.

The User will not use the Platform for unlawful purposes.

The User is responsible for all activities through their account.

The User indemnifies BitBooking.nl against claims from End Customers.

BitBooking.nl processes personal data in accordance with the privacy policy.

The User is the data controller for customer data.

BitBooking.nl acts as processor in accordance with GDPR.

All rights to the Platform remain with BitBooking.nl.

User receives a non-exclusive license for use.

BitBooking.nl is not liable for indirect damage.

Maximum liability is limited to paid subscription costs.

Force majeure excludes liability.

Agreements are entered into for a minimum of one month.

Termination with one month notice period.

BitBooking.nl can terminate the agreement immediately in case of misuse.

BitBooking.nl can change terms with 30 days advance notice.

User has the right to terminate upon substantial changes.

European law applies.

Disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
